Company’s history as agent and distributor for Switzerland of the Teroson noise prevention/protection brands and products
1976 to 1991Distribution of the brands/products produced by Teroson GmbH D-Heidelberg (at the time a GRACE company), through the affiliated sales organization GRACE AG/Div. Teroson.
1991
Acquisition of the Teroson activities worldwide by Henkel KGaA Düsseldorf, however without the division noise prevention and protection products. This part is shortly after acquired by Perstorp Components Sweden, who continues to produce the products on the former Teroson production site at Heidelberg/Germany.
1993
Per Akustik AG CH-Wallisellen/Zurich is founded by the management of the former GRACE/Teroson sales organization, acting as the exclusive sales and distribution partner for Perstorp Components in the market fields Industry and Construction business. Through a contract with Henkel as proprietor of the old and well introduced trade marks, products can furthermore be sold under the Teroson labels and brands.
1995
The Perstorp group stops activities in the acoustic components business and sells out their components production site at Heidleberg. Equipment and machinery for the production of the former Teroson brands and products are taken over by Plastocell Kunststoff GmbH, D-Speyer/Schifferstadt and relocated at their site Schifferstadt.
1995
Per Akustik AG becomes exclusive partner of Plastocell Kunststoff GmbH, D-Schifferstadt for sales and distribution in Switzerland of their noise prevention/protection program.
January 2006
Integration of Per Akustik AG into the Vibraplast group at Aadorf/Switzerland, as an ideal and convenient addition to their own acoustic business activities.
July 2006
Relocation of the company to the place of business of Vibraplast at CH-8355 Aadorf/Swiitzerland. Per Akustik AG remains an independently operating business unit within the group.
January 2008
Per Akustik AG achieves quality management certification, according to ISO 9001-2000 standards.
