Noise Protection Engineering
Noise protection engineering includes the acquisition of actual conditions as well as the definition, calculation and design of acoustical measures and solutions in the area of airborne and structure-borne noise.

Vibration/Elastomer Technology
In order to make the best use of the various possibilities offered by elastomer and rubber/metal compounds, we have a high technological capability in knowledge on rubber, metal, design shapes, manufacturing and elastic support. Materials can be tested by means of a compression and tension testing machine. The most common tests are spring characteristics, measurement of displacement and elongation.

Mould-flow Analyses
With the help of this 3D simulation, we can recognize the producibility of a plastic injection moulding part and any potential for optimisation it may have.

Rapid Prototyping
CAD-STL drawing data are translated directly into work pieces by such means as a 3D printer (without any manual detours or moulds). 

FEM Calculations
Through computer simulation using the Finite Elements Method (FEM) and the simulation of multiple components, products can be investigated as to their actual behaviour and optimised in a virtual environment.
