CNC Machining System CAM 2040
The CAM 2040 is the measure of all things for applications which demand a large working area. Positioning ranges of up to 2 x 4 meters are already part of the standard program. The low-weight aluminium construction enables very high acceleration rates; thanks to powerful hybrid motor drive units, it is possible to mill materials of nearly all hardness grades. A substructure made of panel profiles that are bolted against each other horizontally ensures high stability.

Water-jet cutting
This process makes full use of all possibilities of forming.  This CNC-controlled process is very precise and efficient. Depending on the material, parts of up to a thickness of 250mm and a surface area of 4000x2000mm can be produced.

CNC-Cutter
The automatic cutter can cut soft materials up to a thickness of 100mm and a surface area of 3000x1550mm. The oscillating knife facilitates high precision cutting edges and dimensional accuracy of the parts.

Punching
We can punch soft materials up to a length of 1950mm and a width of 750mm in our pressroom by means of inexpensive steel strip tools.

Cleaving/Grooving
We can quickly and flexibly cut foam blocks to the specified size and, if required, fit same with self-adhesive foil or bond same with other materials.

Thermo-cutting/Thermo-welding
In thermo-welding the foamed material can be shaped as required by means of a heated steel tool and joined together by hot-plate welding.

Assembly
Our assembly activities include the whole range of services – from a simple component part via machine assemblies, to the finished device and machine product.
