KLINGERSIL® C-4300 – versatile high-pressure sealing sheet for increased sealing requirements
KLINGERSIL® C-4300 is a high-quality, light green high-pressure sealing sheet based on aramid fibres and an NBR binder system. It has been developed for demanding sealing applications where a broad chemical resistance spectrum, high mechanical strength and high operational reliability are required. The sheet exhibits excellent resistance to water, oils, gases and numerous technical media, and is used particularly where there are increased requirements for sealing performance, operational reliability and long-term stability.

The sheet exhibits excellent resistance to water, oils, gases and numerous technical media, and is particularly suitable for applications where there are increased requirements for sealing performance, operational reliability and long-term stability.
Thanks to its defined material structure, it is ideally suited for flange connections in plant, machinery, utility and equipment engineering, as well as in the energy and industrial sectors. When installed correctly, KLINGERSIL® C-4300 enables a very high level of sealing integrity whilst optimising emission safety – a decisive factor in terms of the environmental and safety standards of modern plants.
The sheets are available in standard formats or can be supplied as custom-cut gaskets, CNC-machined to customer specifications. This enables the rapid and precise provision of the appropriate geometry for virtually all common flange and special applications.
