The sponge rubber sheets made of natural rubber with outer skin on both sides are available in different degrees of hardness, colours and thicknesses. The sponge rubber is a mixed-cell NR elastomer with predominantly open cells and a closed, tight outer skin. It is characterised by high elasticity and resistance to ageing as well as good damping properties. Sponge rubber products are used in a wide variety of cross-industry applications and are primarily used for seals or damping or insulation. We are happy to manufacture or water jet cut or punched parts from sheets. On request, the panels can also be equipped with a one-sided self-adhesive finish.
