Ordering process

1. You can proceed to order the desired products via the shopping basket.
2. Address and payment details are provided after registration, login or as a guest without registration. Private individuals and companies abroad pay the invoice in advance. The ordered products will only be dispatched once the amount has been credited to our account.
3. An order summary will be displayed before you submit your order. You can have your order delivered or collect it from Vibraplast AG. 
4. Once the order has been submitted, you will receive an order summary at your email address.

As a guest

If you choose this ordering method, you do not need to register before placing an order. You simply need to provide your email address and enter the necessary address details in the next step. Please note that you will need to re-enter your details for every subsequent order.

As a customer with an account

If you do not yet have a customer account, you must first register in our online shop. To do so, enter your email address and choose a password. Then enter your address.

My account 

Once you have logged into your account, you can update your personal details at any time under My Account.

Forgotten password 

You can have a new password sent to the email address you provided when registering with our shop.

Delete account 

If you decide to take this step, please let us know the reason briefly.
