Foam shape cutting to perfection
With the foam shape cutting machine, also known as a compression cutting machine, we can produce almost all three-dimensional molded parts from elastic foams using a predefined shape. It is possible to produce both positive parts (e.g. upholstered parts) and negative parts (e.g. packaging industry). Small and large series can be produced economically in a very short time. The solid design of the machine enables a compression ratio of 1:20 and thus offers a high potential for the individual design of molded parts.

Als alternative Methode zum Verkleben einzelner Schaumstoffteile bietet das Kompressionsschneiden enorme Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Der Schaumstoff wird durch Kompression verformt und dabei geschnitten. Verschiedenste Holzwerkzeug-Muldenformen und -tiefen sind möglich.
