Once we have received your order, the goods will be dispatched immediately upon preparation and delivered to the delivery address you have provided, accompanied by a delivery note.
The invoice will be sent to your email address as a PDF. You will receive the delivery in advance and then settle the invoice amount within the payment period stated on the invoice.
Private individuals and companies based abroad must pay the invoice in advance. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been received. As soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account, the goods will be dispatched to the specified delivery address as soon as possible.
