Foundation of Dutly Holding AG

With its restructuring into a holding company, the Vibraplast Group took early steps to position the family business for long-term, sustainable success for future generations. As part of this reorganization, Dutly Holding AG was founded, and the companies Per Akustik AG, KPW AG, and Dutly Immobilien AG were merged into Vibraplast AG. The entire real estate portfolio was integrated into Dutly Real Estate AG.
