With the restructuring towards a holding organization, the Vibraplast Group set the course early on to position the family business successfully and sustainably for future generations. As part of this restructuring, Dutly Holding AG was founded and the companies Per Akustik AG, KPW AG and Dutly Immobilien AG were merged into Vibraplast AG. The entire real estate portfolio was integrated into Dutly Real Estate AG.
