Dutly Real Estate AG plans modern rental apartments in Aadorf
On November 7, 2022, Dutly Real Estate AG acquired a 1,600 m² plot of land including a property at Ifangstrasse 4 in Aadorf. The property is directly adjacent to the Vibraplast AG site, Dock A. In the coming years, the company plans to build 8 to 10 modern rental apartments with underground parking. This project will contribute to the upgrading of residential space in the region.
