We are aware of the fact that our business activities can have an impact on the environment. We therefore see it as our responsibility to minimize these effects as far as possible by using economic and technical possibilities and implementing well thought-out processes. Our responsibility in dealing with the environment and its resources requires the identification and evaluation of our significant environmental aspects and the implementation of our defined environmental goals.
We are firmly committed to making our production profitable and at the same time to reconciling the environment by continuously improving our environmental performance and reducing our environmental impact wherever technically and organizationally possible.
It is a matter of course for us to comply with all legal and official regulations as well as all other environmental interests and self-imposed environmental protection requirements and, where possible, to exceed them.
The employees of our company are integrated into our management system and have the right and duty to work towards the elimination of circumstances that cause unnecessary burdens on the environment. We promote environmentally conscious behavior among our employees both inside and outside the company through targeted information and training.
The continuous improvement of our environmental performance is not only a long-term goal for us, but also a prerequisite for effective cost reduction and a significant contribution to environmental protection.
We create the necessary framework for these goals through a trouble-free organization, the use of advanced management methods and the use of state-of-the-art environmental technologies. Vibraplast AG operates an environmental management system that is based on the defined normative, legal and internal requirements and specifications. We maintain this system and constantly improve its effectiveness.
Our environmental management manual serves as a description of our defined environmental management system and is seamlessly integrated into our quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. The application of this manual ensures the fulfilment of contractually agreed requirements and the planning, control and monitoring of all organizational, commercial and technical activities that have an impact on the environment.
Management requires all employees to carry out their duties in accordance with the requirements of this management handbook and the following work instructions to ensure that our environmental commitments meet the defined requirements and the expectations of the company.
Our primary goal is the continuous improvement of our environmental performance. The management regularly reviews the suitability, appropriateness and effectiveness of our environmental management system by evaluating results, internal audits and periodic reporting on operational environmental protection.
We provide all the necessary resources to achieve our environmental goals and implement our environmental policy. The management evaluates itself and the degree of compliance with standards within the company. We are committed to the continuous improvement and further development of our environmental policy and our environmental management system.
Our environmental policy and declaration of principles in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 are a commitment to our responsibility towards the environment and a guideline for our actions in this area.
