Foam mould cutting to perfection
With the foam moulding machine, also known as a compression moulding machine, we can produce virtually any three-dimensional moulded part from elastic foams using a predefined mould. It is possible to manufacture both positive parts (e.g. upholstery components) and negative parts (e.g. for the packaging industry). Small and large production runs can be produced cost-effectively in the shortest possible time. The machine’s robust design allows for a compression ratio of 1:20, thus offering great potential for the customised design of moulded parts.
Manufacturing option for three-dimensional foam parts
As an alternative method to gluing individual foam parts, compression cutting offers enormous design possibilities. The foam is deformed by compression and cut in the process. A wide variety of wood tool recess shapes and depths are possible.
