Damage during transport

Wie gehe ich mit einem Transportschaden um?

Despite careful packaging and every effort, we try to deliver flawless goods to our customers. Unfortunately, in a few cases, damage does nevertheless occur during transport.

You should therefore always check on delivery whether the delivery shows any damage. Do not accept damaged deliveries, note the transport damage with the carrier and report this to us.

If this is not possible or the damage is only discovered later, please report this to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please feel free to contact info@vibraplast.ch .

The following information and documents are required for quick processing:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs of the damage and of the packaging

After your notification to us, we will inform you of the next steps depending on where the damage occurred during delivery. If you have any questions, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
