Laminating a wide range of materials
The double-sided laminator is a laminating solution for double-sided lamination of heat-activated or cold-bonded adhesive to substrates such as foams, textiles, adhesive and non-adhesive tapes, rubber, cork and similar products. This foam laminator delivers consistent results with minimal set-up time. The machine laminates self-adhesive papers and films with foams and similar materials directly from the roll, either cold (pressure only) or with a heater integrated into the calender rollers.
Self-adhesive finishing
With our expertise and versatile laminating systems, we are able to apply double-sided adhesive tape - on one or both sides - to sheets or rolls. With the help of heat and mechanical pressure, the material combinations are optimally bonded together. We can also bond special materials, such as textiles, velour or aluminium foil, with our foam qualities. Two different foams can also be combined without any problems.
