Lamination of a wide range of materials
The double-sided laminating machine is a laminating solution for the double-sided application of heat-activated or cold-applied adhesive to substrates such as foams, textiles, adhesive and non-adhesive tapes, rubber, cork and similar products. This foam laminating machine delivers consistent results with minimal set-up time. The machine laminates self-adhesive papers and films with foams and similar materials directly from the roll, either cold (pressure only) or using a heating element integrated into the calendering rollers.
Self-adhesive finishing
With our expertise and versatile laminating equipment, we are able to apply double-sided adhesive tape – single-sided or double-sided – to sheet or roll goods. Using heat and mechanical pressure, the material combinations are optimally bonded together. We can also bond special materials such as textiles, velour or aluminium foil to our foam grades. Even two different types of foam can be combined without any problems.
