The hold-down system secures materials with low inherent tack or high stack heights, particularly non-woven materials. 

Thanks to the innovative design with two separate cutting units, very little space is required. The use of a micro-toothed blade is possible, eliminating the need for regrinding and ensuring consistently high cutting quality. 

Optional side clamps can be integrated to securely hold stacks of sheets made from materials with smooth surfaces, PE sheets or laminated materials.

This state-of-the-art cutting centre is characterised by very high cutting speeds. Furthermore, any shape with the most intricate contours can be cut with high quality and precision.

The machine consists of a stationary cutting unit with an integrated blade guide and a belt system linked via a PLC control system. A cutting speed of up to 80 m/min enables very high productivity. 

The cutting speed can be pre-programmed for different cutting materials. 

Precise contours and tight tolerances are achieved through a blade rotation angle of ±270° or ±360° and a very thin blade – for perfect cutting even at steep angles, sharp edges and small radii.
