Vibra® Acrylic Glass Sheets XT - FDA

Vibra® Acrylic Glass XT – manufactured using an extrusion process and also known to many as Plexiglas – is used wherever high demands are placed on a clear, brilliant appearance and maximum transparency. The material impresses with its very high surface hardness, is weather- and ageing-resistant, and is therefore suitable for both indoor and outdoor use without yellowing quickly or losing clarity. Its excellent light transmission makes Acrylic Glass XT an ideal alternative to conventional glass when lower weight, better impact resistance and more efficient processing are required.

Thanks to our extensive production expertise, we can process Vibra® Acrylic Glass XT in-house to meet individual requirements. Possible processing steps include milling, bending, engraving, polishing, laser cutting and bonding, enabling the production of high-quality individual parts, series components or complex custom-made products. The excellent surface quality and resistance to environmental influences make the material particularly suitable for transparent covers, displays, signs, machine casings, glazing, protective screens, design and architectural projects, as well as numerous applications in exhibition stand construction, interior fit-outs and shopfitting.

Vibra® Acrylic Glass XT can be ordered in sheet form or as a custom-made part based on drawings, thereby offering maximum flexibility in project planning. Whether clear, satin-finished, coloured or special finishes are required, Acrylic Glass XT offers an outstanding combination of functionality, aesthetics and durability.
