The rubber granulate load-securing strips are a well-designed solution when it comes to reliable slip resistance and efficient load securing. Manufactured from recycled rubber granulate bound with high-quality polyurethane, they combine environmental sustainability with exceptional technical resilience. This process produces robust, elastic and durable strips that prove their worth in daily use – in transport as well as in warehouse and production areas.
Their greatest advantage lies in their excellent coefficient of friction. With a coefficient of sliding friction of up to µ = 0.6–0.7, the strips reliably prevent pallets, machinery or other heavy goods from slipping on loading areas. In practice, this means that the use of additional lashing equipment can be reduced, making the work process not only faster and more efficient, but also more cost-effective. At the same time, safety is improved as the load is positioned more securely, preventing damage during transport or handling.
The strips also set new standards in terms of mechanical load-bearing capacity. Even at a thickness of just a few millimetres, they can withstand enormous surface loads – even several hundred tonnes per square metre result in only minimal compression. Their high tensile strength and elasticity ensure that the strips return to their original shape after being subjected to load and can be reused many times without losing any functionality.
The range of applications is wide: whether in lorries, containers, rail or ship transport – the rubber granulate strips are in demand wherever heavy loads need to be securely fixed. They also provide valuable service in warehouse environments, for example as underlays beneath machinery, pallets or shelving. Thanks to their vibration-damping properties, they also protect floors and sensitive goods from vibrations and impacts.
They are incredibly easy to use. The strips are delivered in convenient rolls and can be quickly cut to the required length with standard tools, enabling flexible adaptation to different application scenarios—whether as a small pad for individual pallets or as a continuous covering for large areas. They are easy to maintain, as they are resistant to dirt and moisture and can be easily cleaned if necessary.
