Our fine-grooved rubber mat made from NR/SBR is a particularly versatile and durable solution for areas where surfaces need to be reliably protected whilst ensuring safe standing and working conditions. Made from a high-quality blend of natural rubber (NR) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), it combines the elasticity and flexibility of natural rubber with the high abrasion and wear resistance of SBR. This combination of materials ensures a product that remains dimensionally stable, resilient and durable even under heavy use.
The distinctive feature of this mat is its finely grooved surface, which provides a slip-resistant effect. Thanks to this structure, it offers a secure grip for both people and objects, which is particularly advantageous in workshops, storage rooms, production halls or vehicles. At the same time, it reliably protects sensitive surfaces from scratches, wear and impact. When used as a storage or work mat on workbenches, it prevents damage to tools or components and contributes to a tidy and safe working environment.
In addition to its anti-slip properties, the mat offers further benefits: it absorbs shocks and dampens noise, which enhances comfort at work and noticeably reduces noise pollution. Furthermore, it is resistant to many lubricants, oils and mild chemicals, making it ideal for use in technical or industrial environments.
Installation and customisation are extremely straightforward. The fine-ribbed mat is available in rolls and can be cut to individual sizes and shapes as required. This makes it suitable both for large-scale applications as a floor or protective covering and for smaller, custom-fit uses such as in drawers, tool trolleys or on work surfaces. Its fabric-patterned backing provides additional stability and prevents unwanted slipping.
The product also impresses with its temperature resistance: it remains reliably elastic and functional within a range of approximately –20 °C to +70 °C. This means it can be used in unheated rooms or outdoors, as well as in warmer working environments, without losing its properties.
Delivery form
Rubber rolls are supplied as continuous rolls as standard, but can be cut to size and finished entirely according to your wishes, drawings or technical requirements.
