Product description

The Vibra® Fine Rib mat is a robust rubber mat with a fine longitudinal ribbed profile, designed for use as flooring and a protective mat. The closely spaced ribbed profile provides slip resistance, channels liquid away between the fine ribs and, as a classic rubber mat, is suitable for a wide range of applications. Typical applications include walkways and floor coverings in industrial and commercial settings, workstation and machinery mats, workshops, and passageways and high-traffic areas.

The mat is made from a tried-and-tested NR/SBR industrial-grade rubber with good mechanical properties as well as good abrasion and impact resistance. Mechanically, it offers a tensile strength of 3 MPa (approximately 30 kg/cm²) with an elongation at break of 200% and a hardness of 70 ± 5 Shore A. The operating temperature range is from –20 °C to +70 °C.

When using the mat, please note that this is a standard grade designed for mechanical applications: it offers moderate resistance to alkalis and ageing, but is not intended for prolonged contact with oils, fuels or acids. However, it is ideally suited for use as an anti-slip floor covering and protective mat in dry environments.

With a density of 1.5 g/cm³ and a black finish, the Vibra® fine-ribbed mat is robust, durable and easy to cut to size – available in rolls and sheets as well as made to measure.
