NBR/SBR wide-ribbed rubber mat

Our wide-ribbed rubber mat made from NBR/SBR is a high-quality, robust solution for work areas requiring safe footing, reliable surface protection and a long service life. Constructed from a durable blend of nitrile rubber (NBR) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), it marries the oil and chemical resistance of NBR with the mechanical strength and abrasion resistance of SBR. The distinctive wide-groove profile is more than just a visual feature. It provides effective slip resistance, ensuring a secure grip even in damp conditions or when in contact with oils and lubricants. This makes the mat ideal as a floor runner in workshops, production halls and storage rooms, or as a liner in tool trolleys, shelves and drawers. The deep grooves also have a practical cleaning effect: dust, dirt or liquids collect in the grooves and can be easily removed, keeping the surface clean and well-maintained.

Another advantage is its shock- and noise-absorbing effect. Tools or components placed on or moved across the mat cause less noise whilst being protected from damage. Even sensitive surfaces such as workbenches or floors are spared from scratches, pressure marks and wear. The wide-grooved rubber mat thus not only contributes to greater workplace safety but also to a noticeably more pleasant working environment.

Thanks to the quality of its material, the mat is both temperature- and chemical-resistant. It remains reliably elastic within a temperature range of approximately –20 °C to +70 °C and is also resistant to many lubricants, oils and mild chemicals.
