KLINGERSIL® C-4409 – reinforced high-pressure sealing sheet for extreme conditions
KLINGERSIL® C-4409 is a particularly robust high-pressure sealing sheet with expanded metal reinforcement and has been specially developed for operating conditions involving both high temperatures and high mechanical loads. The synthetic fibre base, combined with an NBR binder, ensures a permanently stable sealing effect and high pressure resistance – even under fluctuating loads over long periods of operation.

KLINGERSIL® C-4409 is a particularly robust high-pressure gasket sheet with expanded metal reinforcement and has been specially developed for operating conditions where both high temperatures and high mechanical loads occur. The synthetic fibre base, combined with an NBR binder, ensures a permanently stable sealing effect and high pressure resistance – even under fluctuating loads over long periods of operation.
The material is resistant to oils, hydrocarbons, water, steam and numerous liquid and gaseous process chemicals. This makes KLINGERSIL® C-4409 ideally suited for demanding industrial environments such as power generation, chemical plants, petrochemical systems, high-pressure supply technology and general mechanical and plant engineering.
The gasket sheets are available as standard sheets or can be supplied CNC-machined to size – precisely tailored to customer-specific flange geometries and special contours.
