The NR/SBR rubber sheets with a hardness of 70 Shore A combine the best properties of natural rubber (NR) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) in a durable and resilient material. Whilst natural rubber impresses with its high elasticity and good resilience, SBR offers additional advantages such as improved abrasion resistance, good ageing resistance and stable performance even under intensive use. With a hardness of 70 Shore A, this grade is one of the firmer rubber sheets in the range, making it particularly dimensionally stable and ensuring it reliably retains its properties even under high mechanical loads.

A distinctive feature of this version is the embossed texture on one side. This textured surface increases slip resistance and ensures better grip when the sheets are used as flooring, a covering or a base. At the same time, it also offers visual advantages, as it creates a clear distinction from the smooth side and gives the material a functional yet clean and high-quality appearance. This means the sheets are not only technically high-performing but also visually versatile – whether in visible areas or as a functional element in industrial settings.

The mechanical properties of the sheets make them highly versatile. With their high abrasion resistance, they can withstand even intense friction over long periods. The tensile strength and good elasticity ensure that the material remains elastic despite its comparatively high hardness and regains its shape even under pressure or movement. At the same time, the hardness of 70 Shore A provides a stable contact surface that does not yield too easily, offering clear advantages in many technical applications.

The sheets also offer practical temperature resistance: they can be used continuously in a range from –30 °C to +70 °C, and temperatures of up to +90 °C are even possible for short periods. This means they can be used without any problems both in colder environments and in areas with moderate heat generation.

The NR/SBR sheets are highly customisable. They can be easily cut to size, die-cut or machined, making them ideally suited for bespoke applications. Whether as large-area flooring, a precision-fit seal or a custom protective covering – the possibilities are virtually endless.

Delivery form

Rubber rolls are supplied as continuous rolls as standard, but can be cut to size and finished entirely according to your wishes, drawings or technical requirements.

In addition to simple strips or cut-to-length sections, we also manufacture precision injection-moulded parts, CNC-cut profiles and complex rubber-metal components that are precisely tailored to your application.
