isoplan® 1100 GREENLINE is an innovative insulation material based on bio-soluble high-temperature AES wool and heat-resistant fillers. It was developed as a sustainable and health-safe alternative to traditional ceramic fibre-containing materials and can be used continuously at temperatures up to 1100 °C.

Whilst conventional insulation materials for high-temperature applications often contain aluminium silicate wool – which, due to their potentially carcinogenic nature, are classified as SVHCs (Substances of Very High Concern) in carcinogenicity category 1B under the CLP and REACH regulations – isoplan® 1100 GREENLINE relies on safe, bio-soluble AES fibres that are not classified as hazardous.

isoplan® 1100 GREENLINE thus offers an environmentally conscious and health-safe solution for industrial high-temperature applications without compromising on performance. In terms of thermal insulation, dimensional stability and temperature resistance, the material is in no way inferior to traditional ceramic fibre-based materials and can fully replace them in applications up to 1100 °C.

Typical applications include furnace, plant and equipment construction, process heat engineering, thermal shielding and wherever sustainable high-temperature insulation is required.
