Sealing solutions made from novatec® PREMIUM XP impress with their high graphite content and an optimised material structure, which makes them particularly temperature-resistant up to approx. 250 °C, pressure-stable and resistant to media. Thanks to the specially developed graphite morphology, seals made from this material offer significantly reduced leakage even under standard contact pressures – a decisive advantage for reliable, long-term plant operation.
The seals are supplied as standard with a royal blue non-stick coating, which facilitates easy removal and reusability across the entire operating temperature range. This reduces installation times and protects the sealing surfaces.
With their high sealing performance, excellent chemical resistance and long service life, novatec® PREMIUM XP seals are ideally suited for demanding applications in plant, apparatus and mechanical engineering, as well as in energy and process engineering.
