Vibra® T-Flex screw connections

Vibra® T-Flex screw connections have been specially developed to effectively reduce unwanted vibrations and structure-borne noise transmission in small machines, units, housings and sheet metal parts. As soon as components—such as panelling, fans, motors or lightweight equipment—are bolted directly together, a rigid connection is often created through which vibrations are transmitted unhindered. This is precisely where T-Flex comes in: the elements create a flexible, vibration-decoupled fastening without making assembly any more complicated.

The integrated elastomer element creates an effective damping layer between the screw and the component. This reduces both vertical and horizontal vibration components and prevents structure-borne noise from penetrating load-bearing structures. The result is significantly quieter operation, reduced noise generation and improved long-term performance of sensitive components. Particularly in areas involving thin-walled sheets or lightweight structures, T-Flex reliably prevents the typical rumbling, clattering or resonance.

Another advantage is the straightforward installation: only a single screw is required for fastening, making T-Flex ideal for retrofitting or for structures with limited space. The fasteners can be inserted into existing sheets, recesses or blind holes, as well as integrated into new structures – wherever a conventional rigid screw connection no longer provides sufficient vibration damping.
