Thanks to their durable construction and high operational reliability, the friction rings make a significant contribution to the reliable performance of such systems.
ROTAFFRIX® friction rings are made from a specially developed rubber compound that offers optimum friction coefficients for powerful, low-slip torque transmission. The uniform power transmission ensures smooth running and reduces mechanical stress on the entire system. At the same time, the elastic material dampens vibrations and shocks, which both increases the service life of the machine components and significantly reduces maintenance requirements.
The strength of ROTAFFRIX® friction rings is particularly evident in demanding industrial environments: they are dimensionally stable, resistant to dynamic loads and operate reliably even in continuous operation. Their cylindrical design allows for precise adaptation to different drum diameters and applications, enabling them to be flexibly integrated into both new and existing systems.
