The PROTAPE® PE 322 EC is an exceptionally lightweight and highly flexible polyethylene hose, developed for applications where reliable flexibility, chemical resistance and controlled electrostatic dissipation are crucial. Thanks to its characteristic PROTAPE® construction, the hose offers an excellent balance of flexibility, robustness and low weight, which makes handling in complex system layouts considerably easier.
The polyethylene used offers excellent resistance to many chemicals, including alkalis, acids, solvents and various industrial media. This chemical resistance makes the hose a durable and safe solution in environments containing aggressive substances or under demanding process conditions.
A key advantage of this model is its electrical conductivity, which enables the controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges. This is of central importance for processes involving the conveyance of dry or light particles, or in applications where the formation of sparks must be absolutely ruled out – for example, in the chemical industry, plant engineering, ventilation systems, powder handling or electronics production.
