The PROTAPE® PUR 330 AS BLACK is a lightweight, antistatic polyurethane hose that has been specially developed for industrial extraction and conveying processes where flexibility, weight and safety play a key role. Thanks to the typical PROTAPE® construction, the hose offers exceptionally high flexural flexibility whilst remaining robust enough to be used reliably in demanding systems.

The PROTAPE® PUR 330 AS is a lightweight, antistatic polyurethane hose specially developed for industrial extraction and conveying processes where flexibility, weight and safety play a key role. Thanks to the typical PROTAPE® construction, the hose offers exceptionally high flexibility whilst remaining robust enough for reliable use in demanding systems.
The polyurethane used gives the hose high abrasion resistance, making it ideal for conveying dust, fibres, powders, chips and other abrasive media. Furthermore, the hose is microbe-resistant and withstands hydrolytic ageing, making it particularly durable – even in damp or variable environmental conditions.
The flame-retardant design enhances operational safety and makes PROTAPE® PUR 330 AS the ideal choice for applications where fire safety is a key consideration. The integrated antistatic properties also prevent electrostatic build-up, which is particularly important when handling fine, dry or potentially hazardous particles.
The hose is available in two versions:
- PROTAPE® PUR 330 AS – transparent version: provides a clear view of the flow and facilitates process monitoring.
- PROTAPE® PUR 330 AS BLACK – black version: more visually neutral and ideal for applications where light shielding or a uniform plant appearance is required.
