The BARDUC® PUR-INOX 382 FOOD-AS is a heavy-duty polyurethane hose specially developed for the most demanding applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Its wall is made of high-quality premium ether polyurethane, a material characterised by exceptional abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength and a long service life. The integrated stainless steel spiral (INOX) provides the hose with additional stability, making it particularly resistant to negative pressure, tight bending radii and dynamic stresses.

The BARDUC® PUR-INOX 382 FOOD-AS is a heavy-duty polyurethane hose specially developed for the most demanding applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Its wall is made of high-quality premium ether polyurethane, a material characterised by exceptional abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength and a long service life. The integrated stainless steel spiral (INOX) provides the hose with additional stability, making it particularly resistant to negative pressure, tight bending radii and dynamic stresses.
The material is antistatic and allows for the safe dissipation of electrostatic charges. This makes the hose ideally suited for use in ESD-sensitive or potentially explosive areas, such as those commonly found in food, pharmaceutical and chemical production. At the same time, the hose meets the hygiene requirements for contact with sensitive media, making it ideal for the conveyance and extraction of powdered, liquid or paste-like foodstuffs and pharmaceutical substances.
The wall made of premium ether-polyurethane offers excellent resistance to a wide range of industrial influences:
- High resistance to chemicals, alkalis and acids
- Excellent resistance to UV radiation and ozone
- resistant to moisture, microbes and hydrolytic ageing
- lasting flexibility even at fluctuating temperatures
