The NORPLAST® PUR-C 385 AS is a particularly lightweight and highly flexible polyurethane hose, specially developed for the safe transport of abrasive media. Despite its lightweight construction, the hose offers outstanding abrasion resistance and delivers reliable performance in industrial extraction and conveying processes.
The Pre-PUR® polyurethane compound used ensures a long service life, even when the hose comes into regular contact with abrasive powder, granules or bulk materials. At the same time, PUR-C 385 AS is microbe-resistant, making it particularly suitable for damp or hygiene-critical applications.
A key advantage of this model is its antistatic design, which enables the controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges, thereby reducing the safety risk in dust-intensive applications. The hose thus meets important requirements in EX/ATEX-relevant areas or wherever the risk of sparking must be eliminated.
In addition, NORPLAST® PUR-C 385 AS is flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102-B1, making it a safe choice for industrial facilities where enhanced fire protection is required.
