The V-Plus Series hydraulic mounts have been specially developed for operating conditions in which strong shocks, intense vibrations and a broad excitation spectrum must be reliably controlled. The integrated, very broad-band damping in the vertical direction ensures that vibrations of a wide range of frequencies are absorbed particularly efficiently – a decisive advantage over conventional bearing concepts. This makes the V-Plus series ideally suited for applications where precise decoupling and stable mounting are required simultaneously.
Typical applications include cab mounting on forklift trucks, industrial trucks, and other work machines where operator comfort and vibration reduction are essential. These hydraulic mounts are also used in the engine mounting of a wide variety of industrial vehicles—from compact forklift trucks to heavy construction machinery and special-purpose vehicles. The robust design of the V-Plus series really comes into its own, particularly under varying loads and high dynamic stresses.
The design impresses with a range of technical features that ensure exceptional durability and load-bearing capacity. An integrated tension stop reliably protects the mount against heavy vertical loads. The firmly bolted displacement disc, the internal metal component with bolt, and the solid flange ensure high structural stability. In addition, the cup is subsequently flanged to the flange, which further strengthens the connection and gives the V-Plus version significantly greater robustness than the standard series. The pull-out force of the rubber body from the cup is an impressive 30 kN, which offers a high level of safety even in demanding operating environments.
The V-Plus series hydraulic mounts not only provide excellent damping but, thanks to their optimised performance, also help to reduce wear and extend the service life of adjacent components. Thanks to the hydraulic damping, vibrations and shocks are dissipated in a controlled manner, thereby increasing operator comfort whilst also protecting the machine.
