The PROTAPE® TPE 321 is a particularly lightweight and highly flexible hose made of thermoplastic elastomer, which has been specially developed for the conveyance of hot and cold air. Thanks to its outstanding material properties, it is suitable for numerous applications in industry, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering and building services engineering.

The PROTAPE® TPE 321 is a particularly lightweight and highly flexible hose made of thermoplastic elastomer, which has been specially developed for the conveyance of hot and cold air. Thanks to its outstanding material properties, it is suitable for numerous applications in industry, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering and building services engineering.
The hose is available in two versions:
- Fabric-reinforced version up to +125°C – ideal for standard applications with moderate temperatures
- High-temperature version up to +150°C – for applications requiring increased thermal resistance
Both variants offer excellent resistance to oil, petrol and many common chemicals. Furthermore, the hose is lightweight, flexible and compressible, which simplifies handling and installation in confined or moving applications.
Typical applications include hot-air dryers, ventilation and heating systems, air conditioning supply hoses, ventilation systems, automotive engineering, and mechanical and plant engineering.
