Vibra® grid foam is a flexibly adaptable foam insert for the safe storage and protected transport of delicate, valuable or irregularly shaped items. The fine-pored, perforated PUR foam – also known as cube foam – can be precisely adapted to the shape of the object in question without the need for tools. Individual foam pixels can be easily removed by hand, creating precise negative moulds that securely hold items in place, provide protection and prevent movement.

The fine-pored, perforated PUR foam – also known as cube foam – can be precisely adapted to the shape of the object in question without the need for tools. Individual foam pixels can be easily removed by hand, creating precise negative moulds that securely hold items in place, provide protection and prevent movement.
The grid foam features a pre-perforated structure with a 20 x 20 mm grid (height 50 mm) and external dimensions of 480 x 480 mm. This modular design allows for quick, clean and reproducible customisation of the interior – ideal for professional use or for protecting personal accessories. The level of protection can be further enhanced by adding a base layer of hard or soft foam, ensuring that even components sensitive to impact and pressure are stored optimally.
Thanks to its low weight, high dimensional stability and the material’s characteristic resilience, Vibra® grid foam is the ideal solution for transport cases, foam trays, protective boxes and drawer inserts. Perfect for high-quality camera systems, models, measuring instruments, optics, tools or collectibles. The foam is available in standard variants or can be cut to size on request.
