The vibra®pac U-shaped edge protection profiles offer reliable protection for sensitive edges during transport, handling and storage. Whether wood, glass, metal or plastic – the PE foam profiles effectively protect surfaces against impacts, abrasion and scratches. Thanks to their U-shape, edges can be securely enclosed, stabilising sensitive components and absorbing localised stresses.
The vibra®pac U-profiles are made from recyclable, reusable PE foam. The material is lightweight, moisture-resistant and does not absorb water – ideal for use in shipping, production processes, logistics chains and warehousing. Furthermore, the profiles can be easily cut to size and adapted, allowing for individual geometries and custom lengths to be implemented without any problems.
The profiles are available as standard stock or cut to exact customer specifications, which simplifies inventory management and optimises material utilisation. Thanks to the material’s good stability, the protective properties are maintained even with repeated use.
