The Vibra® wall protection profile has been specially developed to effectively prevent impact damage to walls, columns and building structures, thereby enhancing safety and preserving value. It is manufactured from high-quality, wear-resistant solid rubber with a hardness of approx. 70° Shore, ensuring that it reliably retains its shape and protective function even under repeated impact. Thanks to the elastic properties of the material, the profile absorbs impacts and reduces damage to vehicles, forklifts, trolleys and surrounding building components.

It is manufactured from high-quality, wear-resistant solid rubber with a hardness of approx. 70° Shore, ensuring it reliably retains its shape and protective function even under repeated impact. Thanks to the elastic properties of the material, the profile absorbs impacts and reduces damage to vehicles, forklifts, trolleys and surrounding structures.
The black impact or buffer profile measures 1000 mm x 150 mm x 48 mm and weighs around 5.5 kg. It is fitted with a yellow reflective strip for significantly increased visibility – even in poor lighting conditions. This allows high-risk areas to be identified at an early stage, further aiding accident and damage prevention. The wall protection profile is therefore a sensible and cost-effective investment, particularly in warehouses, logistics centres, production areas, underground car parks, multi-storey car parks or on private garage walls.
For quick and easy installation, the Vibra® wall protection profile features three pre-drilled holes, allowing it to be securely fixed to walls, pillars, concrete surfaces or steel structures. Depending on the substrate, screws or heavy-duty wall plugs are used. The robust construction ensures that the profile remains durable even under intensive use and requires only minimal maintenance.
