Depending on the requirements of the cleaning industry, the machine technology and the nature of the surface to be cleaned, customised polyurethane grades can be developed. Factors such as the degree of soiling, floor hardness, liquid medium and chemical exposure are decisive for a lamella’s performance. That is why both smooth and ribbed Vibra®clean versions with different degrees of hardness are available. This flexibility enables optimal cleaning results in industrial halls, car parks, logistics centres, public facilities and many other areas where floor hygiene is crucial.
Vibra®clean lamellae are characterised by excellent gliding properties, very high abrasion resistance and resistance to oil, microbes and numerous cleaning chemicals. These properties guarantee a long service life and low operating costs, as service life is significantly extended and maintenance intervals are reduced. Precise quality control ensures that all lamellae are manufactured within strictly defined tolerances and deliver consistent cleaning results throughout their entire service life.
The lamellas are available as sheet material for further processing or die-cut in custom geometries, tailored to the leading machine brands on the market.
