Vibra® edge protection profiles offer a simple and effective solution for neatly covering sharp or unprotected edges, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing the visual appearance of components. They eliminate the need for time-consuming preparatory and finishing work, reliably round off sheet metal edges and at the same time provide a decorative finish. Thanks to their robust construction, they are suitable for numerous applications, for example in vehicle and mechanical engineering, in metal and enclosure construction, in the furniture industry, or for customised fitting and construction work.
A distinctive feature of Vibra® edge protection profiles is the integrated steel clamping strip or wire core embedded within the profile carrier. This ensures that the profile sits firmly and securely even on curved edges, radii or slight bends, without coming loose. This allows components to be protected and finished cleanly, quickly and reliably. Installation is easily carried out by hand or using a rubber or plastic mallet, without the need for additional adhesives or special fasteners. This saves time, reduces material costs and makes installation considerably easier.
All edge protection profiles shown are available in fixed lengths as well as in pre-assembled frames or rings, allowing them to be optimally adapted to different project requirements. In addition to the standard versions, further colours and material grades are available on request, including food-safe variants for hygienically sensitive areas, flame-retardant or self-extinguishing versions for increased fire safety requirements, as well as profiles for operating conditions involving extreme temperatures or chemical exposure.
