Evazote® EVA 50 is a fine-cell, cross-linked ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer block foam with a density of 50 kg/m³, combining high functionality with a high-quality, visually appealing material structure. Its smooth and pleasant-to-the-touch surface gives the material a special value and makes it ideal for applications where feel and appearance are important.
The ‘rubbery’ character of Evazote® EVA 50 ensures outstanding elasticity and flexibility. The material retains its shape and cushioning properties even under repeated stress, making it an excellent thermal insulator and providing good UV resistance. When heated, the foam can be shaped, cut, milled or glued as required. This makes it very popular in the craft and hobby sector, where it opens up creative design possibilities and can be used for both functional and decorative purposes.
