ZELLAMID® 250 Natural (PA 6.6) – Pipe – High-temperature-resistant and high-tensile-strength polyamide extrusion grade for demanding mechanical engineering applications

ZELLAMID® 250 is a PA 6.6 extrusion grade characterised by high temperature resistance and high tensile strength. As the hardest and stiffest polyamide in the extrusion range, it is particularly suitable for components that are exposed to high mechanical loads and stresses at elevated temperatures.

ZELLAMID® 250 is a PA 6.6 extrusion grade characterised by high temperature resistance and high tensile strength. As the hardest and stiffest polyamide in the extrusion range, it is particularly suitable for components subjected to high mechanical loads and stresses at elevated temperatures.

Thanks to its robust mechanical properties, ZELLAMID® 250 is ideal for components subjected to dynamic loads whilst also being exposed to chemical stress. Its good machinability enables the precise manufacture of functional components.

Typical applications include plain bearings, gear wheels, cams and camshaft followers, guides, bushings and valve seals.
