Permanently antistatic POM-C for cleanroom and electrical applications, independent of humidity
ZELLAMID® 900 AS is an antistatic POM-C grade that permanently dissipates static electricity along its surface – without the need for moisture or surface treatments. The excellent surface resistivity of 10¹⁰ Ω and volume resistivity of 10¹² Ω·cm offer outstanding properties for applications with stringent antistatic requirements.

The excellent surface resistivity of 10¹⁰ Ω and volume resistivity of 10¹² Ω·cm provide outstanding properties for applications with stringent antistatic requirements.
ZELLAMID® 900 AS is primarily used in applications where electrical discharges pose a problem. It is used in the automation industry, in material handling, in mining, in high-speed printing machines, as well as in the electrical and semiconductor industries and in mobile phone production.
Typical components include insulation, relay and transformer housings, bearings, sliding pads, integrated circuits, hard disk drives, printed circuit boards and coil forms.
