The special steel shot filling ensures optimum utilisation of the impact energy and makes working quieter, safer and gentler on the joints than with conventional steel hammers. Available in sizes Ø 30 mm and Ø 40 mm.
The replaceable striking inserts made from special nylon offer maximum strength, high wear resistance and a long service life. Thanks to the extruded, extremely homogeneous material, the inserts do not splinter even at sub-zero temperatures and remain durable over time. The ergonomic rubber handle ensures a secure grip and high working comfort, whilst the integrated shaft protection sleeve reliably protects the hammer in the event of mis-hits.
All weld seams are fully robot-welded, ensuring a particularly strong bond between the hammer head and the impact plate. This ensures that the shot filling remains securely enclosed even under heavy loads. The durable powder-coated finish provides additional protection against corrosion, making the soft-face hammer ideal for professional use in workshops, industry, assembly and vehicle construction.
