The KNIPEX cable cutters with double cutting edges enable clean and effortless cuts on single- and multi-strand cables up to Ø 20 mm. Thanks to the special cutting edge geometry, the cutting process is made significantly easier.
By dividing the cutting process into a pre-cut (insulation in the front cutting area) and a follow-up cut (conductor in the rear cutting area), even larger cable cross-sections can be cut comfortably with just one hand. The cable cutters are suitable for cutting Cu and Al cables up to Ø 20 mm or 70 mm², but are not suitable for steel wire or hard-drawn copper conductors.
Precision-ground and hardened cutting edges ensure precise cutting results without crushing the material. The integrated pinch guard prevents crushing injuries and increases safety during use. Thanks to favourable gear ratios and the special cutting geometry, only minimal effort is required.
The adjustable, self-locking screw joint ensures long-lasting precision and smooth operation in professional use.
