The Vibra® stud mat (Stud Mini) is a robust rubber mat with a fine mini-stud profile for use as a floor covering and protective mat. The densely arranged, small studs (diameter approx. 3 mm) create a finely textured, uniformly slip-resistant surface that provides a secure footing and a clean, understated appearance. Typical areas of application include walkways and floor coverings in industrial and commercial settings, steps and treads, workstation and machine mats, as well as general protective and anti-slip applications.

The Vibra® stud mat (Stud Mini) is a robust rubber mat with a fine mini-stud profile, designed for use as a floor covering and protective mat. The closely spaced, small studs (diameter approx. 3 mm) create a finely textured, uniformly slip-resistant surface that provides a secure footing and a clean, understated appearance. Typical applications include walkways and floor coverings in industrial and commercial settings, steps and treads, workstation and machine mats, as well as general protective and anti-slip applications.
The mat is made from a tried-and-tested NR/SBR industrial-grade rubber with good mechanical properties and good resistance to abrasion and impact. With a hardness of 80 ± 5 Shore A, a tensile strength of 3 MPa (approximately 30 kg/cm²) and an elongation at break of 250 % is hard-wearing and dimensionally stable. The operating temperature range is from –20 °C to +90 °C.
When using this product, please note that it is a standard grade designed for mechanical applications: it offers moderate resistance to alkalis and ageing, but is not intended for prolonged contact with oils, fuels or acids. However, it is ideally suited for use as an anti-slip floor covering and protective mat in dry environments.
