Vibra® Trailer Mat – anti-slip rubber protection for trailers and load beds
The Vibra® trailer mat is a robust rubber mat designed to protect trailers, load beds and transport vehicles. Its ribbed surface profile provides a slip-resistant effect, keeps the load securely in place and protects the underlying floor from scratches, impacts and wear. At the same time, the mat absorbs vibrations and impacts during transport. Typical areas of application include car and commercial vehicle trailers, load beds, transport trolleys and general flooring and protective applications.

The Vibra® trailer mat is a robust rubber mat designed to protect trailers, load beds and transport vehicles. Its ribbed surface profile provides a slip-resistant effect, keeps the load securely in place and protects the underlying floor from scratches, impacts and wear. At the same time, the mat dampens vibrations and impacts during transport. Typical areas of application include car and commercial vehicle trailers, load beds, transport trolleys and general flooring and protective applications.
The mat is made from a tried-and-tested NR/SBR industrial-grade rubber with good mechanical properties as well as good abrasion and impact resistance. Mechanically, it offers a tensile strength of 3 MPa (approximately 30 kg/cm²) with an elongation at break of 200% and a hardness of 65 ± 5 Shore A. The operating temperature range is from –20 °C to +70 °C.
When using this product, please note that it is a standard grade designed for mechanical applications and is not intended for prolonged contact with oils, fuels, acids or solvents. However, it is ideally suited for protective and anti-slip applications in the transport sector.
With a density of 1.5 g/cm³ and a black finish, the Vibra® trailer mat is robust, durable and easy to cut to size – available in rolls and sheets, as well as made to measure to fit your loading area.
