The E-profile air seal from Benson Products is a high-quality seal designed to seal door and window frames.
It is made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), a highly durable synthetic rubber that is very resistant to temperature fluctuations and moisture, as well as being resistant to UV radiation, ozone and various chemicals. The material remains elastic even in cold conditions down to approx. -40 °C, is environmentally friendly and fully recyclable. The E-profile is ideal for gaps between 2 and 4 mm and provides a robust seal against cold, damp and draughts; depending on the version, it is usually fitted using a self-adhesive backing and is suitable for various types of doors and windows made of wood, plastic or metal. This air seal helps to save energy and ensures greater comfort in the home through improved protection against the cold and draughts.
