The PROTAPE® PUR-C 335 FOOD-AS FLAT is a specially developed polyurethane hose for applications with stringent hygiene requirements in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Thanks to its flat, highly flexible PROTAPE® construction, the hose retains its shape and remains reliable even under severe vibrations – ideal for machinery, conveyor systems or extraction systems that are subjected to high levels of movement or vibration during continuous operation.

The PROTAPE® PUR-C 335 FOOD-AS FLAT is a specially developed polyurethane hose for applications with stringent hygiene requirements in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Thanks to its flat, highly flexible PROTAPE® construction, the hose retains its shape and remains reliable even under severe vibrations – ideal for machinery, conveyor systems or extraction systems that are subjected to high levels of movement or vibration during continuous operation.
The polyurethane used is food-safe, odourless and tasteless, and thus meets the high standards of cleanliness and product protection required in food processing. Particularly when conveying sensitive media such as powders, granules, flavourings or pharmaceutical substances, the hose offers a high level of material purity and prevents the transfer of foreign odours.
Thanks to its very high abrasion resistance, the PUR-C 335 FOOD-AS FLAT is ideally suited to abrasive media and demanding extraction applications. The smooth inner surface promotes efficient flow and reduces deposits, making cleaning easier and minimising downtime.
The integrated antistatic design (AS) prevents electrostatic charging of the media and the hose wall – a crucial safety factor, particularly when conveying fine powders or in systems with sensitive process conditions.
