WD-40 SPECIALIST Contact Spray reliably cleans sensitive electrical and electronic devices of oil, dirt, flux and oxidation residues. It penetrates even hard-to-reach areas and dries quickly without leaving any residue. The spray is suitable for electrical devices, contacts, plastic and rubber.
Before use, disconnect all plugs from the appliance to prevent the flow of electricity, and allow hot surfaces to cool down. Shake the can before use and apply the spray directly to the surface to be treated from a distance of 15 to 20 cm. This removes any residues that could interfere with electrical contact. During cleaning, the surface should be tilted, and any excess liquid must be allowed to dry completely before the power supply is restored.
To avoid accidental damage, always consult the manufacturer’s instructions for the device. The product must not be sprayed into cavities, openings, crevices or areas where there is insufficient airflow for complete evaporation.
