Our machinery is designed for the highest precision and repeatability. Modern, CNC-controlled milling and contour-cutting machines enable us to tailor every recess precisely to your component, from bespoke items for a diagnostic device to large series of identical trays for the production line. This state-of-the-art processing enables us to achieve short lead times, high dimensional accuracy even with complex contours, and a level of manufacturing quality that manually cut foam cannot match.
As one of the most efficient centres for foam processing in Switzerland, we cover the entire value chain. This includes material advice, design, CNC cutting and, where required, direct integration with the appropriate case or container from our own range.
