Here’s how we work:

We scan the contours of your existing tools and convert them into a digital design. Before production begins, you will receive a layout for approval. This allows the arrangement, positioning and choice of tools to be adjusted if necessary. We then mill the foam insert to a precise fit from rigid foam and tailor it exactly to the dimensions of your tool trolley, cart or case.

Trays and product carriers for order picking, production lines and intralogistics

Trays are flat, often modular product carriers designed for the organised presentation and safe transport of components along the production line or during order picking. Precisely contoured foam inserts hold each part in its intended position and orientation. This is an important prerequisite for automated retrieval by robots or staff. Multiple trays with identical inserts can be stacked without the components damaging one another.
