Materials
We process a wide range of high-performance engineering plastics, including PEEK, POM, PA6, PUR, PTFE, PMMA HP, PET and others – depending on requirements for mechanical strength, chemical resistance, insulating properties or food-grade suitability.

Our state-of-the-art machinery, comprising multi-axis CNC machining centres and lathes, enables the precise and repeatable production of complex geometries:

Semi-finished plastic products in stock
For customers who process their parts themselves, we stock a wide range of semi-finished plastic products from our own warehouse. Sheets, rods and profiles made from common engineering materials such as POM, PA6, PEEK, PTFE, PET and others are always available – and can be cut to the required dimensions on request:
- Cutting to length by the metre – for rods, tubes and profiles
- Sheet cutting – cut to exact dimensions according to your specifications
This means you receive the material in exactly the quantity and dimensions you need for your own production – with no minimum order quantities for full sheets or bar lengths.
