The range of applications is vast: whether in glass bead and sandblasting, as a coupling element, seal, spring element, damping or impact buffer, or as wear protection in machinery and plant – PU impresses with its high energy return, dimensional stability and excellent mechanical strength. In conveyor technology, maintenance, and the automotive, recycling, food and packaging industries, polyurethane has long been regarded as an indispensable material for extending maintenance intervals and reducing operating costs.
We stock Shore A hardness grades of 70° and 90° as standard. On request, we can produce customised hardnesses ranging from 60° ShA to 90° ShA, tailored to the specific load, temperature environment or chemical resistance required. This allows the material to be precisely matched to the technical requirements – a decisive advantage over standard solutions.
Vibra® PU D44 sheets are available from us in standard sheet formats or as custom-made parts based on drawings, CNC-machined to your specifications. This means that both series-produced parts and individual components can be produced quickly—ideal for maintenance, spare parts production or development projects.
